Also, a little side note: even though the circumstances are less than funny, I love your call-back to the old days of SNL in your title. Well done👌🏾

So glad you chose to put these words, this tribute here. Grief just is, and it remains, but so too does all this goodness you shared about her, and I’m honored to witness her in these ways.

you will never forget her, and that alone is a kindness to her, even though she is gone.

it is so hard to lose someone like this: a person who has made the world a better place. I usually say one of the mind-boggling things to me about losing good people is that the world doesn't even seem to know that there's a lack where before there wasn't.

but we who loved them and still love them, carry a piece of them inside us, the memories and the love. (and I also think they take love with them.) it is a good life that has been lived if you end up mourned like this. even if it was a hard or painful life.

my condolences. be gentle with yourself. and look at all the flowers you need to. (things you already know but it doesn't seem to hurt to say them any way.)

Weather the storm. It’ll pass and come and go as it pleases.

You got the words out, that’s a feat in itself.

Sorry for your loss isn’t enough. I relate to your words deeply. Grief and I have gotten to know each other well the last few years.

Stay strong, hold the memories, share em, never forget.

Thanks for sharing.
