So beautiful. I wish I could have known her. She sounds like the type of person we all should want to be. Thank you for sharing just a bit of her with us.
So glad you chose to put these words, this tribute here. Grief just is, and it remains, but so too does all this goodness you shared about her, and I’m honored to witness her in these ways.
Huge hugs and a deep understanding of love. Her soul will always be intertwined with yours ♥️ thank you for sharing these lovely memories with us ♥️ you had a truly beautiful relationship.
This was a beautiful read and made me think of the person in my life who holds a place like this for me. Thank you for sharing and thank you for such a poignant reflection on grief ❤️
you will never forget her, and that alone is a kindness to her, even though she is gone.
it is so hard to lose someone like this: a person who has made the world a better place. I usually say one of the mind-boggling things to me about losing good people is that the world doesn't even seem to know that there's a lack where before there wasn't.
but we who loved them and still love them, carry a piece of them inside us, the memories and the love. (and I also think they take love with them.) it is a good life that has been lived if you end up mourned like this. even if it was a hard or painful life.
my condolences. be gentle with yourself. and look at all the flowers you need to. (things you already know but it doesn't seem to hurt to say them any way.)
I am so very sorry for the grief and heartache and missing and all the love you have for her with nowhere to go. Thinking of you.

Also, a little side note: even though the circumstances are less than funny, I love your call-back to the old days of SNL in your title. Well done👌🏾

This was beautiful, thank you. She was wonderful. She helped a lot of people get on their feet and stay there. Her memorial was beautiful.
I am glad it was beautiful and I am very sorry for your (and the world's) loss.
Weather the storm. It’ll pass and come and go as it pleases.
You got the words out, that’s a feat in itself.
Sorry for your loss isn’t enough. I relate to your words deeply. Grief and I have gotten to know each other well the last few years.
Stay strong, hold the memories, share em, never forget.
Thanks for sharing.
Thank you! I appreciate your kindness in sharing your thoughts. Unfortunately I see that you do understand. But it’s nice to not feel so alone💛💛
